Brokers are compensated with a commission of 12% for the referral of any potential client signing an extensive contract.

Executive Client Referral Program

Clients will be rewarded for the referral of a potential client signing an extensive contract. The gift received is dependent of the duration of the signed contract.

Gifts range from a 5% to 10% discount off the occupancy fee of your next invoice, a $100 American Express Gift Card, or a 8GB Apple Ipod Nano.

There is no limit to the quantity of gifts that a referring client can receive.
